General Order Information: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and will do what it take to achieve 100% Customer Satisfaction. Thats the Goal!
Slight irregularities or variations in natural stones or leather are characteristics of its uniqueness and are not considered as defects. Manufacturer or Craftsmanship defects may include chipped stones, broken posts, hinges, wires, non-working clasps. If a defect is identified within 30 days, from the date of purchase, just contact us at hello@khakuun.co and we'll be happy to assist you.
📦Shipping:
USPS handles all our shipping needs. We currently ship within the US, U.S. Territories, and Military installations around the globe with APO/DPO/FPO addresses.
Shipping Fees: $8 Flat Rate Shipping or Free for purchases over $75. Additional SEND TO addressees, are at USPS Priority Mail costs.
Tracking notifications are sent via email when shipped; so your order is tracked all the way to its destination. Khakuun is not liable for for any lost or stolen goods for which delivery confirmation has been verified.
All Orders are shipped via USPS Priority, with includes insurance & tracking confirmation within 2-5 business days {Mon-Fri}; excluding weekends and holidays.
Every box containing glass products, are clearly marked “FRAGILE” on every side of the box, to include the top and periodically on the bottom.
Customers receive tracking data upon shipping, and must provide the correct contact information when placing an order.
Once your package has been accepted by USPS, it is no longer the responsibility of Khakuun™ LLC. $8 Flat Rate Shipping or Free for purchases over $75.

⏎Returns & Exchanges:
RETURNS: Returns are for store credit, and must be initiated within 7 days of receipt of purchase. Please note that the product must be returned unused, sealed, and in original packaging including all tags attached as received; in resalable condition. Contact us at hello@khakuun.co and we'll be happy to assist you with a return. Shipping costs associated with returns to Khakuun Designs are at the customers expense.
REFUNDS: All refunds will be issued in the form of Store Credit, and must be initiated within 7 days of receipt of purchase. Shipping costs associated with purchase can not be refunded. {See RETURNS Info}
REPAIRS: Khakuun™ will repair damaged jewelry items returned with ‘all’ pieces included within 30 days of delivery date. If an item is irreparable due to defects/unavailability/material, a store credit will be issued for the original amount paid; excluding shipping fees. Shipping costs associated with repairs/returns are at the customers expense.
BROKEN GLASS: If your candles/diffusers arrive broken; just send us photo{s} verification of all damaged items including the box, within 24 hours of receipt, and we will re-ship your items as soon as possible or provide a partial refund.
FINAL SALE: Merchandise purchased on SALE or CLEARANCE, ALL Bath & Body Products, Opened Containers, Used Products, as well as earrings are considered FINAL SALE, and cannot be returned or exchanged. ALL Purchases are FINAL after 30 Days …NO Exchanges, Repairs, or Refunds.
