About The Experience!
Join Us for hands on of how we make our scented soy candles. You, and your friends will be led through each step of the candle pouring process. We’ll help you narrow down your list of favorite scents to a few that blend wonderfully together. You’ll select your favorite fragrance oils, design a label; then melt, mix, and pour your unique customized candle.
Your Ticket includes:
One (1) 10 oz. custom soy candle, featuring all natural soy wax, cotton wicks, fragrance/essential oils, safety/candle label
Candle Pouring and Fragrance profile instruction from the candle makers of Khakuun Designs
Packaged Refreshments & One Drink of Choice: Water, Soda, or Juice
Workshops are typically 1.5 - 2 hours
Candles will begin to harden within an hour of pouring. While your candle cools, browse & shop our studio with 15% Off storewide. You can also choose to have it shipped for a flat fee of $8, or pick it up the next business day.
Our classes will promptly start at their scheduled time. In order to create a great a fantastic experience for all scheduled guests, late attendees will be denied entrance into the class, after 15 minutes past the reserved start time. If you don’t appear for your reservation, or cancel within 48 hours of the reservation time, your appointment is Non-Refundable.

🚫 NO Heels, Sandals, Open Toe Shoes or Tank Tops Allowed 🚫
Age Requirement: Our candle workshops are intended for adults; as we aim to create an adult friendly atmosphere. All classes require a minimum age of 18. No Exceptions. We do not allow infants, toddlers, or observers. Please contact info@khakuun.com with any questions.
Confirmed Reservations: Payment online is required to guarantee your reservation. We will have a printed attendees listing; Identification is required for entry. {No Walk-Ins}
Attendees: Ticket Purchasers Only. Each person in attendance has booked a seat to the class/workshop. We do not have space for observers, or tag alongs, so no one should be in the workshop area unless they’ve purchased a ticket.
Arrival Time: Please plan to arrive on time so we can get started promptly…Doors open 15 minutes before class time. Arrive 10-15 minutes early to get comfortable, uncorked & seated before we WINE DOWN as class will start on time. Running Late: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your reservation will be considered a NO-SHOW and is Non-Refundable. See the Cancelation Policy below.
Seating: First come, first served seating.
Food & Drinks: Light snacks along with a chilled drink of choice of wine, water, juice, or soda will be provided! NO outside alcoholic drinks are authorized. Alcohol is served in accordance with Virginian ABC regulations. You must be 21 to consume alcohol, we do check ID.
Private Parties - 8 Guests Minimum: When reserving a private party a NON REFUNDABLE $240 deposit is required to secure the date and time. Though this deposit is non refundable it does go toward your guest count. Therefore the $240 covers 8 people. Each additional person is charged $30, and must book their seat online. If you need to reschedule please give us a 72 Hour Notice /3-Days so we can release this date to other attendees. For inadequate cancellation notice or no-shows, class fees will not be refunded nor will class credit be given ~ NO EXCEPTIONS. Please email the studio to cancel your seats: info@khakuun.com By paying the deposit you agree to all terms and conditions of this policy.
CANCELLATION POLICY: 48-hours Notice/2 Days is required from the start time of your scheduled event. For inadequate cancellation notice or no-shows, reserved class fees will NOT be Refunded nor Credited ~ NO EXCEPTIONS!
