Have you ever wanted a beautiful, high quality gemstone bracelet made just for you? Check out our special beaded bracelet event and create as many as you'd like!

How it works:

Come in to the shop any time during the event. There's no need to bring anything with you. Check in with us and pay before you play - each diy beaded bracelet is $28.

Once you've paid, it's on to the FUN PART! Look through our selection of beads and see which colors and crystals speak to you. We'll give you string so that you can put together the bead combination of your choice. This will probably take about 30 minutes, but you can take as much time as you need, and let us know if you need any help.

Once you've settled on a combination you love, tie up your bracelet and you're ready to wear it home!

There's no RSVP required to attend - feel free to hang out, visit, and shop with us before, during, and after the event.

    * Refreshments & One Drink of Choice:   water, soda, juice, or an alcoholic beverage

* Workshops are typically 1.5 - 2 hours

~ Please Review the Following Before Booking Your Experience! ~

Age Requirement:  Our candle workshops are intended for adults; as we aim to create an adult friendly atmosphere.  All classes require a minimum age of 18.  No Exceptions.  We do not allow infants, toddlers, or observers.  Please contact info@khakuun.com with any questions. 

Confirmed Reservations: Payment online is required to guarantee your reservation.  We will have a printed attendees listing;  Identification is required for entry. {No Walk-Ins}

Attendees:   Ticket Purchasers Only.  Each person in attendance has booked a seat to the class/workshop.  We do not have space for observers, or tag alongs, so no one should be in the workshop area unless they’ve purchased a ticket. 

Arrival Time:   Please plan to arrive on time so we can get started promptly…Doors open 15 minutes before class time.   Arrive 10-15 minutes early to get comfortable, uncorked & seated before we WINE DOWN as class will start on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your reservation will be considered a NO-SHOW and is Non-Refundable.  See the Cancelation Policy below. 

Seating: First come, first served seating. 

Food & Drinks: Light snacks along with a chilled drink of choice of wine, water, juice, or soda will be provided!  NO outside alcoholic drinks are authorized. Alcohol is served in accordance with ABC regulations.  You must be 21 to consume alcohol, we do check ID.

Private Parties - 8 Guests Minimum:  When reserving a private party a NON REFUNDABLE $240 deposit is required to secure the date and time.  Though this deposit is non refundable it does go toward your guest count.  Therefore the $240 covers 8 people.  Each additional person is charged $30, and must book their seat online. If you need to reschedule please give us a 72 hour notice so we can release this date to other attendees.   For inadequate cancellation notice or no-shows, class fees will not be refunded nor will class credit be given. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please email the studio to cancel your seats: info@khakuun.com   By paying the deposit you agree to all terms and conditions of this policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  48-hours notice for 1 - 2 reserved seats, and 72-hours notice for 3 or more reserved seats.  For inadequate cancellation notice or no-shows, reserved class fees will not be refunded. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please email the studio to cancel your seats: info@khakuun.com, and we will send you confirmation, and refund.

Remember….we prepare for YOU, when your seat has been booked.
